Bombay Sapphire gin distillery harness the power of SageCRM

The BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® gin distillery at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire opened its doors to the public for the very first time on Wednesday 1 October 2014. This is as an events management and visitor attraction company which will provide insight to their distillery and their heritage, as well as explaining the botanical process of their Gin.

Bombay Sapphire have worked closely with Entegraty Professional Services in implementing the SageCRM solution to manage visitor information, events, purchase history, customer feedback and newsletter registrations which are being integrated from their EPOS systems and websites into the SageCRM solution on a daily basis.

Having a centralised data repository of this information provides Bombay Sapphire with further visitor analysis, event and purchase trends and provides information which is easily harnessed within SageCRM by the inbuilt reporting and dashboard capabilities.



The Bombay Sapphire Marketing team is also using the SageCRM E-marketing tool to send out and track all email communications to visitors of the distillery for additional intelligence which includes:

• Customer visit feedback Onsite and after 3, 6 and 12 months periods
• Launching of new events at the distillery
• Special event offers
• Newsletters

Using the SageCRM E-marketing tool also means any communications sent out through this avenue can also be automatically fed into Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Bombay Sapphire are expecting to sign up 50,000 of the yearly 100,000 visitors to the distillery to their marketing communication channels.
