What’s New in Sage CRM 2017?

The latest version of Sage CRM, Sage CRM 2017 R1 was recently released, containing many useful new features including an enhanced calendar and new quick find search capabilities.

Enhanced Calendar

The new calendar features a more modern design, making it easier to use and manage your appointments and tasks.

Key new features include:

Flexible Views – easily switch between day, week and work week views with detailed information about your tasks and appointments.

Team Calendar – the team calendar view makes it easier to keep up to date with your teams’ availability.

Agenda View – a new visual agenda lets you manage tasks and appointments in one list.

Task View – tasks are now available to view on their own tab for easier access and management.

Optimized Navigation & Search

As well as notifications, favourites, recent records and the ‘My profile’ options, the top bar now includes a new ‘Search’ function.

You can enter key terms in ‘Search’ on the top bar to search all company, people, case, opportunity, lead, solution, communication, order, quote and custom entity records at once.

Secure Email Connection

A Secure Email Connection via TLS now allows you to securely access public mail services including Exchange Online and Gmail directly from within Sage CRM without the need of additional software.
